Terms and Conditions

3-4 weeks NOTICE is required to order custom cakes and cupcakes. We ONLY ACCEPT a certain amount of orders per week! Please plan ahead to ensure availability.  We DO NOT ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS!!! A 50% DEPOSIT is required in order to secure a date.  The BALANCE is required no later than 12 days prior to the day of event or the invoice/contract is void. 

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 

If you CANCEL YOUR ORDER after your DEPOSIT IS PAID There will BE NO REFUND OF YOUR DEPOSIT!!!! 

Pricing is based on the number of people being served, the detail or intricate design and the time invested in its creation. Each cake is created with your unique theme in mind. Please note and understand that I am an at home bakery service and I am limited to the amount of orders taken. Also, a $1-$3 fee will be applied to all orders (including cookies, pies, brownies, blondies, cobblers and treats) paid through paypal and cash app!!!

We are not responsible for any damage to the cake once the cake is picked up or after delivery/set up is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure environment for the cake(s).  Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table. Please keep cakes in a cool location until 2-3 hours before serving. The optimal room temperature for the cake should be 70 degrees or below. 

Evie Bakes products may contain or come in contact with nuts, soy, wheat and dairy.

Vegan and Gluten free products are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note we only ship cookies, blondies, and brownies. Processing and shipping of orders will take 5-10 business days. Orders are shipped Tuesday-Thursday, excluding holidays. All orders are shipped USPS, Priority mail only. Once your order is shipped we will send you an email with the tracking number and your order will arrive within 2-3 days. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We are not responsible for post office delays, lost or stolen packages.

Please make sure your address is correct and confirmed. If the address is incorrect at checkout a refund will not be granted.
